Selecting a Random Blank Cell Within a Partially Populated 100 Cell Block Pool

    Hi All,

With playoff football in full swing, I'm looking for some formula help to randomly pick a blank cell within a 100 count/cell block pool. Figured I would try something different this year and have excel pick my blocks for me...

I tried playing around with RANDBETWEEN formula, but I'm not sure how I can specify that I want the formula to randomly pick only a blank cell that isn't already taken in the block pool.

Anyone have a quick solution? I did try searching online but I wasn't successful in finding exactly what I'm looking to do - I know someone on here can help me out quickly!

Also, I want to be able to use the formula to pick 4 block for me..again, picking only blocks/cells that are blank.

For context, the block pool range is: D5:M14.

    Thanks!
