Here is a formula you can place in the Conditional Formatting for each tab.
You will need to copy this formula onto each sheet's Conditional Formatting.Please Login or Register to view this content.
Note: This only works if you have not named the sheets. (ie you have sheets 1 through 14)
If you HAVE named the sheets, then it gets more complicated, and I don't have time to look at it right now - perhaps someone else will assist!
You might like to consider this method I found which sets up a matrix and helps you find where the duplicated are.

Further to #2.
It is easy enough to deal with sheets that have names.
Simply create a list of the Sheet Names somewhere in your workbook, and create a Named Range. In this example, I simply called it MyNames.
Now your formula in Conditional Formatting (on every sheet) becomes:
