Creating a number generator

I have a table that converts Raw data values into T-scores. There are 13 different scales going across a row and each scale has their own set of t-values which are organized down each scale column. There is a column of raw values as well. So basically, if I have a raw score of 6 for the "L Scale" I look down the list of raw scores until I get to 6 and go to the t-value that is associated with the "L-Scale." I plugged in all my data into excel; however, I need to know if it is possible for me to create a generator in excel to make this conversion process easier. I want to create a calculator in excel that generates the t-values for me based on the raw values. In other words, i need to create a generator so I can just type in the raw score in the generator for each scale and it calculates what the t-score is so I do not have to use the chart. Is there a way to create this generator in excel based off of my table?

Sounds like you need a 2D lookup which can be achieved using INDEX/MATCH/MATCH.
