    Scheduling for driver's education students

So I am trying to do a sheet for my drivers training company. Each student must do 6 individual 1 hour drives to graduate. What i was trying to do is calculate, based on the available instructor hours, how many of each drive per week I should be expecting. So in my example i have 15 students and have the necessary 90 hours of instructor time available. So on week one we should have 15 drive #1s and the remaining will be drive #2s. My sheet worked out ok until i got down toward the bottom and it gave me a total of 18, which is more than the number of students.

So maybe there is a better way to calculate? Maybe even remove the hard drive numbers and have a formula that says if x then drive 1, after that drive 2 etc etc. IDK looking for fresh insight here

I have plugged some manual numbers in read to show what i am hoping to get to roughly. Highlighted in yellow i think is only area that needs work unless you see something else.

I've broken it into two halves:
    1) A sheet for inputting what the schedule of availability is for your instructors.
    2) A program for how many drives of what number can be done in each week.

The sheet for availability scheduling is just form-filling.

The real magic happens on the program-devising sheet, where you input the number of students you have, and then it will use a judious application of something that looks like:
Please Login or Register to view this content.
    to populate the table.

Not much in the way of error handling, and it's not automatically extensible, although you can just pull it across/down if you need to. (But the schedule-inputting sheet won't update).

Excellent solution, Thank you! I do not understand all of what you said, but the sheets make sense now,
And I guess I could link the original to the cells with solutions if I wanted to, not that it is necesary at this point, I could just delete that sheet.

I did all that. Will it still remain open for further discussion if anyone wants to add to?

New question, new thread. But it would be perfectly fine to post a link back to this (or any other thread) saying "hey, I'm using this, but it I have x or y problem with it".
