Hello all,
What I am trying to accomplish in plain English is this...
Sheet1 Cell looks for its text match on Sheet2... Once it finds a text match it moves along to another Column in Sheet2 to check if its been marked "yes". If yes turn red, all other choices do nothing.
I have attached a sample that may make more sense?
