Match First last in two columns to First Last in one Column

    First time posting here.

I have two different sheets that come out as an export. One has first name last name in two columns and the other has it in one column. I am trying to match the name in the single cell to the name broken out in multiple cells.

    Sheet 1 Data
    Name 1 2 3 4 5 Total
    Danny Jones 167 157 130 145 156 755

    Sheet 2 Data
    First Last
    Danny Jones

    Combined Data

    First Last 1 2 3 4 5 Total

    Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Match First last in two columns to First Last in one Column

One more follow up help to this.

In the attached sheet, I now have First and Last in two columns on both sheets. I need help to match the names and then combine the data into one tab.
    See the attached sheet.

    Thanks!

    Please try Combine

    A2:H2
    ='Output by Item Name 1 Column'!A2

    I2:K2
=LOOKUP(1,1/('2nd Output Name Two Column'!$D$2:$D$20=$A2)/('2nd Output Name Two Column'!$E$2:$E$20=$B2),'2nd Output Name Two Column'!A$2:A$20)
