Formulas required for sales report to compare year over year by month wise and last 7 days

Hello Experts,

We are maintaining the sales report and updating on daily basis. This report we required compare the data this year Vs last year. below is the example. Now we are in Jan month

last 3 months - means we required Sept 18 to Nov 18
last Month - Dec 18
This Month - Jan 19th till date
last 7 days (in Jan 19) - last 7 days of Jan 19 Month

same thing required for last year but This month and last 7 days should be same days (not the dates)

last 3 months - means we required Sept 17 to Nov 17
last Month - Dec 17
This Month - This month (Jan 18) should match the exact day. Suppose 1st Jan 19 is Tuesday so last year we take the data from 2nd Jan 2018 because Tuesday is on 2nd Jan
last 7 days (in Jan 18) - same thing here we will match the day of the week not the exact dates.

Currently we are updating manually each time we are dragging to match the YoY comparison. Please help me to automate this.
