Please fill in the results you are expecting manually in the first couple of rows and post the file again. Thanks.
You could try this for the first item:
=MAXIFS($C$2:$C$1221,$A$2:$A$1221,$G3,$B$2:$B$1221,H$2,$C$2:$C$1221,">="&H$1,$C$2:$C$1221,"<"&H$1+1)

Please try at H3 drag across and down
=IFERROR(AGGREGATE(14+MOD(COLUMNS($H3:H3),2),6,$C$2:$C$1221/($A$2:$A$1221=$G3)/(INT($C$2:$C$1221)=LOOKUP(99^99,$H$1:H$1))/($B$2:$B$1221=H$2),1),"")
Thanks AligW working!
You're welcome!
