Calling the value of a cell that corresponds with the value of another cell in its own row

The title doesn't really explain my issue fully, but it's close. It's tough to describe.
I want to call a value from a specific column that matches the highest value of another column.
For instance, I have a cell "L1" that calls for the highest value of column "J", using formula "=MAX(J5:J2000)"
That value =37 located at "J195". So in turn, "L1" displays "37"
Now in cell "M1", I want it to display whatever value is contained in the cell of column "A" that corresponds to the value displayed in "J195", AKA: The value of "A195"
The desired value from column "A" needs to be in the same row as whatever is shown as the highest value in column "J"
And I need this to change accordingly on the fly as I update the spreadsheet; for instance if a higher value is ever met while updating.
I cannot seem to figure out where to begin even writing this formula.

I hope this all makes sense to someone.

Tested. It sort of works, but it doesn't change when a higher value is entered elsewhere on column "J". It seems to only want to display the value in the bottom-most cell of column "A". I tested multiple ranges in column "A" and still only returns the bottom-most value in that column.
