    Return a text and number string based on multiple criteria

    Hello everyone,

    Hopefully one can answer my current predicament. Desired result is in attached and hopefully clearly explained.

    In a nutshell, I have attached a spreadsheet in which uses a formula to show what program the ID returned into and show a blank if ID did not. As well, to show in which year ID returned into.
