Gantt Chart Change Timeframe

I'm using a gantt chart and would like to change the day columns for each month into weeks in each month. So instead of 1-30 under each month name I'd like to put 4 columns Week 1 -4. Any suggestions how how to change the formulas in this file to achieve this but keep the duration and conditional formatting working?
