Help! need formula to compare values

In the following data, I need to see how many times a particular number from Column G "List" is with any other number starting with letter "J" in same Column G, with condition of having unique Acc# i.e. Column B.

Since the 'List' codes beginning with the letter 'J' in the sample file are distributed such that each occurrence corresponds to a unique acct#, the attached may be to trivial to be of use.
Column J is populated with the three 'J' codes
The count in column K is populated using: =COUNTIFS(G$2:G$40,J2)
