Conditional Formating Based Cells

Dear All,

I need your help in attendance Sheet ,through conditional formatting in cell two times shown 1st is In and 2nd is OUT, if Time is
In TIME
Greater then 10: 15 and less then 12:00 Mark Late
Greater then 12: 00 Mark Half Day
