I have the formula below that works for the most part, except if the value is empty, it returns "75+" and I'm not sure why. Everything else works fine.
Thoughts?

When J2 is empty, I get 0-15.
I would do it like this. IMHO it's more readable and easier to update.
Formula:=IFERROR(LOOKUP(J2-1,{0,15,30,45,60},{"0-15","16-30","30-45","46-60","61-75","75+"}),"")
