Getting Excel to use a lookup and make a calculation based off of it

First time poster here, so hopefully the image has also been attached here...

Im trying to get Excel to calculate values based on two separate columns, but only if the country names match from each columns data

so data looks like the following:

Previous Week: Current Week:
Country Value1 Country Value2
a 1 a 1
b 2 b 5
c 3 c 3
d 4 f 3
e 5 f 4

If the country form the current week is also in the previous week, then i want excel to calculate a value based on Value1 and Value2 for that particular country and place in a separate column.

Hello & Welcome to the Forum,

Attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
