Match company names and return highest Overdue status

    Hey Everyone!

first of all just want to say thankyou for the help on my first post previously and now asking for help again as I couldn't even google the instructions I was looking for.

Basically, I am trying to Match Sheet 2 I2 --> Sheet1 Column B. based on Compay name and if there is a value in the cell. Ive attached the document.

the rating is based on the number of days a total amount is overdue by.

    So say...

if the company Has an amount in Column I, then I2 (number of days) would appear next to the company in Sheet 1, if there is no amount in column I, then have it look at Column H for an amount to have H2 appear next to the company in Sheet 1... and so on and so forth

Ive done a dummy representation in Sheet 3 ('what it should look like')

if anyone could help it will be much appreciated !

There was an oversight on my part. I didn't catch this earlier. My bad
