Angry Find Value Within Range of Data

    Hi all,
Hope you can help. Tried scouring the internet but to no avail.
Trying to find where a number falls in a range.
Attached is the example.Trying to solve for the "%tile Lookup" column.

Formula looks at Carl's 80.5 "wRVU's" compared to the "Survey wRVU" column. 80.5 wRVU's > 50,60, 70, and 80, but not 90. The last value in the "Survey wRVU" column which does not exceed Carl's wRVU's is selected, and corresponding "%tile" populates to solve for "X". Value equals 80, which is the 13th %tile.
A few more quirks: If "wRVU's fall below the "Survey wRVU" range, "%tile" = "<10". If wRVU's greater than "Survey wRVU" range, "%tile" = ">90"
Currently have 80 %tile's to choose from. Hoping 80 Nested If's are not required.
Thanks so much for the assistance, I truly appreciate it!
