IF value is in cell return 0 if not then return value from a selected cell

Hello All,
I am stuck on a formula. This is what I have so far:
=IF(A2="1","0",IF(A2="2","0" If A2 doesn't contain 1 or 2 I want it to return the value in B2. I have attached an example file.
