Help with IFS formula with multiple conditions

I feel like I am on the right tract and it may be something simple such as the wrong number of parentheses, but I have tried many variations of this formula and it doesn’t seem to work.

=IFS(AND(C11=6,D11=14),38,(AND(C11=6,D11=29),235,TRUE,(ROUND(SUM(D11-4)^2*C11/16-0.01,0)))


In case I am way off base here and my formula needs clarified, this is what I am trying to achieve:

If C11=6 and D11=14 then return a value of 38 or if C11=6 and D11=29 then return a value of 235 but if none of those are true then calculate this formula (ROUND(SUM(D11-4)^2*C11/16-0.01,0)
