Calculating Interest Expense for a Project

Attached is list of cash flows specific to a project over time. How in Excel could I figure the total interest expense through the time of the project considering a static interest rate? In this case 8.25%

Hi there,

See if the attached workbook does what you need.

One (significant?) point - as written, the interest rate used is the same for negative balances as it is for positive balances.

Perfect. Thanks I actually used a wrong date in the spreadsheet. It should of been 12/31/18 not 12/31/19.
