    Formatting data for co-occurence.

I am trying to make a co-occurence network for each of my 4 different data sets and need to re-format the data to do this. Currently my data looks like this E work.png
while I need it to have only species in the columns and rows with a value for each time they appear together across all the different patients (so a total of 14 if both species appear in all the patients). Is there an easy way to do this?

    Re: Formatting data for co-occurence.

I prob wont answer this because I dont know what a co-occurrence network is.
    But FYI

Post a sample spreadsheet with expected results, remove any sensitive data, create a mockup example if necessary.
Use the Go Advanced option at the bottom of the page then scroll down to Manage Attachments as the "paperclip" method does not work on this forum.
Posting an image is pretty useless, the only way to provide working solutions is to test them first and noone wants to retype data you've already entered.

Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.
