Having trouble with my IFERROR formula

Hello,

I am trying to clear a column of entries that say #value but when I try my IFERROR formula, every entry in the column is effected (even those without errors).

I have attached my file here. The column I'm having trouble with is in column Z.

Hi Stell,

Try this in Z3 and pull it down:
=IFERROR(IF(C3>8,C3-8,0),"")

Is that what you needed?
