    Index/Match or If/isnumber/search Question

I think this is an easy one I am overlooking. I thought I could use either of the formulas in the title, but no go. Open to any other ideas.

Header Column A is the Part Number,
Header column B is the Category Spec, (I want to keep this as a header and shift column C under it)
Header column C is the spec criteria that I want listed under column B (B2,B3, and so on).

What is the most efficient formula to shift column C from there to B, etc?

I can just "=" next column, but was wondering if there was a better way since there are potentially hundreds and the headers change randomly.

Attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.
