Formula to count duplicates?

Hi

I have a spreadsheet with four columns, first column (A) is store name and second column (B) is how many times that store has contacted us. The same format is repeated in columns E and F. If a store is duplicated between columns A & E I want to be able to SUM the total contacts from column B and F in column H.

Ranges should be adjusted to fit your exact data range. make sure all ranges are absolute (with $ before column and row) except for the store criteria $A1 there the rownumber should change each line to move down a store.
