Formula to check if all staus are by cell color return Y or N

Hi All,

I have a file that is downloaded from another source (sheet 1). It repeats the account# every four rows in column A, in column B Status, it only shows green or red by cell color. Green is the status is met and red it has not. My worksheet (sheet 2) needs to check the account# on sheet 1 and see if all conditions are met and return Y if all cells are green and N if any or all is red. Can anyone help with a formula to accomplish this?

Nope they can't.
A formula (which is what you asked for) cannot read the colour of a cell.
This is only possible via VBA.
You can determine the colour of a cell if it has been set by Condtional Formatting, in which case you'd just use the same set of conditions that set the colour.
But formulas can't read the colour of a cell.
