Index / Match with IF?

Good Morning All,

I have a report currently where I am trying to calculate if a particular shipment has met its required transit time (column E), working from a separate table that contains the required data (blue table). Based on if the shipment is either equal to or less than the Agreed SLA (column J) then the answer would be "Y". If it is greater then it would be "N".

I thought I knew an easy fix but nothing I try seems to give me the right response!

Please help!?

This will take care of all conditions, array entered: =IF(INDEX($J$2:$J$15,MATCH(A2&B2&C2,$H$2:$H$15&$G$2:$G$15&$I$2:$I$15,0))>=D2,"Y","N")
