Summing up non-adjacent columns

Hi Everyone,

I am having a difficult time figuring out the best way to resolve my issue. Basically I have week ending dates, and I am trying to sum them all up, but the data isn't adjacent. Right now my formula is manual, but I know there has to be an easier way to do it.

Below is only a segment of my sheet, but I actually have data spanning all weeks of the year, so my way of picking each cell and adding it up is inefficient to say the least. lol.

It is almost like I need a double lookup formula that says "Wherever name x and Apples appears, add that number together in all instances". I would even like to do a triple lookup formula that does the sane thing, but only does it for weeks in a certain month (to calculate monthlies) but one thing at a time. lol. I attached an example of said spreadsheet here. Thanks in advance!
