get information of the invoice details sheet into the invoice sheet by invoice no.

Hi all

I'm stuck and need help with the following formula:
{=IFERROR(INDEX(InvoiceDetails,SMALL(IF(Invoice_No=rngInvoice,ROW(InvoiceDetails)-ROW(Table35[#Headers])), ROW('Invoice Details'!3:3)), MATCH($A$15,Table35[#Headers], 0)),"")}

I need to get information of the invoice details sheet into the invoice sheet by just changing the invoice number in cell G4, but I can not find out what is wrong with this formula.

I've attached the file I am working on. The formula above is in cell A21, in the other cells are formulas I've tried, but they don't work as well.

Can anybody help me?

Please upload a workbook or a representative cut down copy, anonymised if necessary. It is always easier to advise if we can see your request in its context.

Show a before and after situation with manually calculated results, explaining which information is data and which is results, and if it's not blindingly obvious how you have arrived at your results some explanatory notes as well.

Yes you CAN upload the workbook! Please do so.

Unfortunately the attachment icon doesn't work at the moment, so to attach an Excel file you have to do the following: just before posting, scroll down to Go Advanced and then scroll down to Manage Attachments. Now follow the instructions at the top of that screen.

Unfortunately I can't. I've tried it before and now again it tells me Upload of file failed...

Why does it tell you it has failed? Have you cut it down to a representative sample? We don't need the whole dataset. You cannot expect helpers to work from those images.

Why have you created tables that are so enormous? Tables will grow by themselves as you add data. No wonder your workbook is so unnecessarily huge!

In the attached copy of the file the invoice is populated using formulas similar to:

The tables have all been reduced (I don't understand why the file is so large even so). To append a table select the last cell in the last column and press the Tab key.
