Find Matching Text in Two Columns within a Text Phrase

Hi All,

I am trying to figure out how to find the text of column A and compare it to the text in column B (even if it is a partial match) and if found, in column C display the "B" cells of where the text is found. or highlight the cells, etc.
The end goal is to have the ability to location and remove the full text of B where it was found using the text of A, but I would need to be able to see if it is okay to remove text in B visually.

I have been taking the approach below using these formula, but does not take if far enough for me.

=SEARCH(A1,$B$1:$B$30000)

More - It would be nice that it could almost act like 'Conditional Formatting' where as it finds certain text found in column A and then highlight the cells in B. Very similar.
