Insert Data in Rows to Specific Column

Hi,
My example excel file is attached. The table is extensible regarding the conditions may have more Room Types or Boards. I need the possible vba how to assign the data in H5 & H42 to the appropriate cells with yellow background color. Column H is constant but row numbers are variable. There is always a blank row between 2 pricing.
