Use checkbox to select language and filter data

Hello everyone!

I have an excel document containing 2 tables with descriptions in 2 languages and corresponding prices.
My goal is to have the data filtered when I check a language in the checkbox.
After filtering, I want to be able to select the items in the checked language using a data validation drop down menu.
It sounds simple, but I've been trying for hours and it just won't work...

As first I suggest to use radio button not checkbox. English OR French.
Check attached file. I've connect radio buttons into the same cell (so choice is as above, Fr or Eng).
Base on choosen language data validation to the cell displays English or French description of products.
