The above sample is a peter's payment history. Record 36190 is an error, therefore a reversal was made for it. The record then corrected in no 36191
If i have the above record, how do i tell countif to count as 1 instead of 3 entries for peter? Help me out guys, thanks

thanks avk, but that only identify the negative and positive amount. what i am trying to find is the net count for this example is equal to one because the other two offsets/contra with each other. sorry if i explain it incorrectly
