The calc, in itself, doesn't make a lot of sense...
as-is you appear to be dividing count of rows with non-null training program by the count of records that are "confirmed" - "sales" but which have a null training program entry*
* the #div/0! implies there are no such records
If you're trying to count the number of non-null unique training programs for "confirmed" "sales" then
edit: above is nonsense ;-)
if you're not looking to do the above, post a sample file to better illustrate requirement - you can do this when replying using "Go Advanced" -> "Manage Attachments".
