two condition before count unique text value.

    =SUMPRODUCT((Table1[TrainingProgram<>"")/COUNTIFS(Table1[Training_Confirmed],"Confirmed",Table1[Sales/NonSales],"Sales",Table1[TrainingProgram],Table1[TrainingProgram]&""))

The formulas not failed but it's not detect and turns to zero value. #DIV/0!

    Any formulas that you know?

The calc, in itself, doesn't make a lot of sense...

as-is you appear to be dividing count of rows with non-null training program by the count of records that are "confirmed" - "sales" but which have a null training program entry*
    * the #div/0! implies there are no such records

If you're trying to count the number of non-null unique training programs for "confirmed" "sales" then
