VLOOKUP for Multiple Results

Hi All,

Much appreciated to those who helped me earlier with VLOOKUP - however I have been told it does not work for multiple search results - it only displays the first result it finds.

So VLOOKUP works perfect in D5 and E5 in this sheet but as mentioned it does not work with displaying multiple results. I have expanded a few columns and search points with the "Cycle" date being the key of what needs to be displayed from the other sheets where there are multiple results. I tried COUNTIF but it didn't seem to work. I hope you don't mind me uploading the representative sample file where "RESULT HERE" is where the data would need to be displayed.

Hi Kapz,

Using a helper column and Index Match, instead of Vlookup solves this problem. Look at the attached and the yellow formulas.
