match two columns and return third one

I have a query. I hope someone ca help me. I have two tabs on a spreadsheet, one contains my items and one is where I need to match and return certain values. I am struggling to gt any sort of return for each of these cells.

This is the information I have on one tab called project site workflow items, see below

R&D Number PI Project Site Governance Workflow Id Project Title Order Task Question Is Completed Date Completed Comments
1802589 Sharp, Dr Andrew 167904 Faraday 5301-201 1 Debtor Q Yes 15/05/2018 Cardiac Imaging Research South Australia Limited
    1802589 Sharp, Dr Andrew 167904 Faraday 5301-201 2 Sub DIR Q Yes 15/05/2018 RESCAR
1802589 Sharp, Dr Andrew 167905 Faraday 5301-201 1 Debtor Q Yes 15/05/2018 Cardiac Imaging Research South Australia Limited
    1802589 Sharp, Dr Andrew 167905 Faraday 5301-201 2 Sub DIR Q Yes 15/05/2018 RESCAR

I then want to transfer some of this data into these fields on the second tab called breakdown (I have manually added this data so you can see what I am trying to get to)

Project Site Governance Workflow Id Debtor Sub DIR Qtrly Sub DIR Invoice cc Date Qtr Mth Items Cost Centre Cost Centre description Amount
167904 Cardiac Imaging Research South Australia Limited RESCAR RESCAR 50000 15/05/2018 1 2 Amendment 50000 Amendment Fee 153.17
167905 Cardiac Imaging Research South Australia Limited RESCAR RESCAR 52000 15/05/2018 1 2 Patient Visits 52000 PI Time 680.43

Can someone help me with the function I need to be able to end up with the send spreadsheet information?

"I then want to transfer some of this data..."

So what defines the data you want to transfer since this hasn't been mentioned in the description.

Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.

Sorry, the data on the second tab has been filled in by me, manually. I would like it to be pulled from the data in the first spreadsheet tab, if that's possible.

Re: match two columns and return third one

So what are we MATCHing on (as specified in your subject?)

Or do youou want ALL the data in the first sheet?
If so "I want all the data in a different format"...

So just do an = referring to the cells you want, e.g.
    in Breakdown!A2
    ="Project Site Workflow Items"!A2

Adjust the A2 reference for the other fields.
