Distinct function/ Formula or Unique Data based on multiple criteria

Dear Experts,

I want to filter UCs with Distinct status for each UC in below sheet.
Scenario is:
Each UC (Column D) could be a CBV or Non or could have both entries of CBV and Non (Column A) ,
Each UC (Column D) could have Day 5 entry or Day 10 entry (Coloumn F),

Now
First I want a UC with NonCBV status which have day 5 entry as Distinct (1 in Column H);
Then I want a UC with CBV status which have day 5 entry as Distinct (1 in Column H);

If there is no Day 5 entry for that CBV UC then Day 10 entry should have Distinct Status (1 in Column H).
If there is no Day 5 entry for that NonCBV UC then Day 10 entry should have Distinct Status (1 in Column H).

In short if there is Day 5 entry so Day 10 entry of that UC will be ignored

Please manually fill in the values that you want to see in column H so that we may attempt to replicate them using formula/code.

I have manually filled 1/0 in column H which is supposed to be identified by Formula. furthermore a little clarification in front of each row.
