    Sorting an excel datasheet

I can't seem to sort the excel datasheet in the right way. It needs to be in a particular way so the products can be merged while uploading. In the screenshot, I show you how it is now and how it needs to be. There are around 65k rows, sorting one by one isn't an option. I also provide a sample file with few products inside. The SKU always stays above the parent_sku. It works as follow: Parent product (SKU) is being imported and the variations (parent_sku) of the parent product follow.

So which of those 2 csv files is your input file?

The bad way.png is a pretty useless file. It just lists the number 1.09 in a column and says it's the bad way. With no explanation.

Ensure you describe your problem clearly, I have little time available to solve these problems and do not appreciate numerous changes to them.

    Make that at least three...
Quoting entire posts clutters the forum and makes threads hard to read !

    Hi Special-K

I'm sorry for the incomprehensibility. It's just a way of showing the order of the rows. As I said in my post, the "SKU" column needs to be above the "parent_sku" column. That way the main product (SKU) is uploaded first and the variations (parent_sku) are linked to the main product. The excel file is my input file, afterwards it'll be converted into .csv as u see in the uploaded files (working product.csv).

    Kind Regards,
    Aydan

Most site have forum rules which you agreed to when you signed up. Our site specifically has this rule.

And btw, a picture does not help at all. How about just pasting the clear text.

That way, whoever may be helping you can check to see if they are wasting their time. Six forums. You've been a busy beaver.
