If minutes are greater than the hour then...
Hi,
I don't know if this can be done but there is no harm in asking.
I would like a formula to say Late if 30 minutes past the hour but I can't seem to find anything to help me achieve it.
I have the below
but I don't want to declare the 10 as sometimes it could be 9 and sometimes it could be 8.

substitute commas with semi-colons if your region settings requires
