Inspection Date Range Window - Conditional Formatting

I had posted earlier and I was too generic in my title to give enough info on what my problem was so I created a new thread along with adding a sample excel file with what I am trying to accomplish.

I am working with Inspections Dates and I have a range of dates to work within to have these inspections completed. I am trying to format the cells that contain the due dates to where they will change color when I am in the date range window to execute these inspections.

Hopefully I have given enough information to where someone can help me with the conditional formatting.

    I appreciate any help.

    Regards,
    Ray
