How to calculate the Payout from a matrix

    Hi,

I have a payout matrix of performance versues payout as below.

    Performance Payout
    0% 200%
    83% 200%
    100% 100%
    117% 75%
    >117% 0%

How can I calculate the payout % for a performance within one of the range say 89%.

    Please help resolve this.

    TIA.
