Match Multiple Criteria INDEX & Aggregate

Hello,
I am teaching to kids and I am trying to make an easy schedule by using the data I collected from the registration.
the issues are that I have multiples option (3half day am,3half day pm ,3 full day, 5 half day AM,5 half day Pm, 5full day.... ) and the file I am using just use YES and NO for each category.
What I am trying to do is to have the list of the kids separated by day and AM or PM.

My example will be more helpful that my clumsy English and I very much apreciate your help.
