Hello,
I have multiple worksheets that have the same Data Validation drop down lists. When I change the selection of one dropdown from any worksheet, I would like them all to change to be the same selection. Is this possible?
Thank you!

Are the Data Validation cells the same in all worksheets (is the data validation always in cell C5 for example)?
If so, you can group the sheets (holding the control key down, click on each sheet tab) before making the change. All grouped sheets will change simultaneously. The other way would be with VBA.
Note: remember to ungroup the sheets after doing this.

This doesn't work for me (using Excel 365). I have only two grouped sheets, I have only one validation column (A) and it is in the same column in both sheets (Sheet1!C5=>Sheet2!C5, for example). However, when I update Sheet1 using the validation drop-down, it is not reflected in Sheet2. I've tried copying the cell, but I cannot paste/special/validation in Sheet2 because it's greyed out. I've also named the validation data list, but I cannot do anything with that in Sheet2 due to being greyed out. So, back to the OP; how do I, w/out VBA and using grouped sheets, have drop-down validation selections in Sheet1 appear in Sheet2?
Thank you.
