Need to Add Formula for Multiple IFs

Hello!

So, I have a spreadsheet that I have to link 5 IF Clauses together.

In the below image, I need to search IF AU is blank, then put nothing, otherwise check if AS is Blank, if so, leave blank, if not look to see if AQ is blank. This goes on until AM. So I was hoping for something like:

This throws an error that there are too many arguments. I need to add commas between these sections if there is data in the fields. AM and AN go together and so on in pairs of two. There are 5 pairs that have to be separated with commas if there is data between each pair.
