Creating Selection of Rows by Multiple Criteria

I have a list of names - each belonging to one of 6 Groups. Each name has a series of 3 tasks undertaken 6 times.
I want to be able to select a particular task of the 18 possible - and see a list of only those names in that group along with their results for all 6 of the type of task selected.
The attached workbook should make this clearer.
Thanks, as ever, for any assistance.

Not sure I get this right.

    Please try
    B4
    =IF(C4="","",INDEX(Data!B:B,AGGREGATE(15,6,ROW(Data!$C$3:$C$28)/(Data!$C$3:$C$28=2),ROWS(B$4:B4))))
    C4
    =IF(ROWS(C$4:C4)>COUNTIF(Data!C:C,RIGHT($B$1)),"",--RIGHT($B$1))
    D4:I4
    =IF($C4="","",INDEX(Data!$D$3:$U$28,MATCH($B4,Data!$B$3:$B$28),MATCH(LEFT($B$1,FIND(" ",$B$1))&D$3,Data!$D$2:$U$2,))&"")
