Contingent/Dependent drop down list

I am trying to create a dependant drop down list in Column G based on the value that is in Column F.

For example, if you select Finance in column F, then the drop down list in column G will only have options in M31:M36 (highlighted in green). Each options are colour coded for reference purposes. First value should always be a blank cell (M3 in this case).

I tried crating a list in Name Manager but somehow it is not working. I have attached the file. Any help will be highly appreciated.

Ok looks like blank space was the culprit. I have resolved the issue. Thanks everyone.
