    Unhappy Combining forumulas

    Hi!

    I am in the learning process of formulas and functions and have been stuck on this. I created these three formulas. What do I use and how do I combine them so that it returns whichever one of the three is true in one cell? I assumed it was the "OR" but I can't figure it out.

    =IF((P2 - 5) >= J2, "Green")
    =IF((P2 + 5) <= J2, "Red")
    =IF((AND((P2+4)>=J2,(P2-4)<=J2)),"Yellow")

    Thank you for your help!!

    Welcome to the forum!

    Did you try this?

    =IF((P2 - 5) >= J2, "Green",IF((P2 + 5) <= J2, "Red",IF((AND((P2+4)>=J2,(P2-4)<=J2)),"Yellow","")))

    Re: Combining forumulas

    Oh my gosh! So All I had to do was put them all together separated by commas and add a couple of parenthesis at the end?? lol! That was SO much easier than I expected.

    Thank you so so so much for your help!!
