    Need Indirect added to Index Match Function to properly reference tabs

    In the attached file I will be adding new tabs in the future. You will see that the column highlighted in yellow retrieves information from the tab numbered "11". I'd like the change the formula in the highlighted column to adapt based on the project value in row 2 as I add more tabs. I know this involves adding an Indirect function but I can't seem to get it work.
