MATCH and COUNT Fx help needed, for favor!

In the attached photo, I want to get the number of wins in column H associated to pitcher in column J and get that win number to automatically populate in cells C5 thru C8 to the matching pitcher name in cells B5 thru B8.

And as I continue to update their wins in column H, I want C5 thru C8 to change automatically as Davis, Smith, Jones, & Williams win games throughout the rest of the year.

Then, I also want to do the same for losses in column.

(I hope I explained that ok)

If the formulas are correct, the answers should read:

5..........Davis..........4...........0
6..........Smith..........3...........1
7.........Jones...........2..........2
8........Williams........1..........3
