VLOOKUP with Multiple Worksheets

Dear Fellows,

I tried to find in the site, a procv function that would allow me to fetch the code that will be to the left of my formula, in several worksheets following the top label of the years.

Eg: Find the final consumption value in the spreadsheet 1970, ..., 2017 which are the names of the spreadsheets and labels in my table in the "summary" worksheet.

Note: The original table has 48 worksheets.

I can send an excel file, but it was not possible at this post.

How do I do to attach a file?
