Offset Indirect Function Issue

I'm looking for assistance on an Offset/Indirect formula I am using

MIN Formula is =OFFSET(INDIRECT(B8),0,1,1,1)
MAX Formula is=OFFSET(INDIRECT(B8),0,2,1,1)

Good news is that those formulas pull from the correct Named Cell Areas
Bad news is that the Offset hard wires the Min Max Cells as the first row.

In my attached example when I change the Job Title to "Shipper" the values do not change.

Any assistance in Solving this would be AMAZING!
